I’m Wendy, a personal travel consultant and my passion for travel has been the driving force behind the creation of Unwind Away.

My firsthand experiences in many destinations provide you with genuine, practical knowledge going beyond what can be found in guidebooks or online reviews, offering insider tips and recommendations.  As the world is such a big place and I haven’t visited all of it yet (I’m working on it though!) if there is a destination I haven’t been to I have a network of other travel professionals I can reach out to for hints and information to ensure you always get the best advice.  

The Unwind Away family includes two older teenagers who have travelled extensively since they were babies so I understand the varied and changing requirements and considerations to ensure a wonderful holiday whatever the stage of your family.

Of course, some customers will already know where they want to go so if that’s the case just let me know and I’ll price it for you.  I have access to hundreds of suppliers, many of whom only deal with the trade, and I can offer so much more than booking online.

Unwind Away is independent meaning it’s not tied to specific suppliers. I have access to 400+ suppliers to ensure your holiday matches your needs.  Being ABTA bonded, as a franchise of Hays Travel, and packages ATOL protected you can rest assured I will look after you and your booking.
